Open an OK Banking Account

Customer can register for OK account from any ONE Bank’s authorized agent point:

ONE Bank own agent

MobiCash marked agent point

GrameenPhone center (GPCs)

 

Following documents required to submit:

Filled up OK Banking KYC Form (will be provided by agent)

Copy of mobile number ownership document (URF: User Registration Form)

Photocopy of photo ID (NID/Passport/Driving License)

One copy of color photograph

 

Account registration process

Agent initiates customer registration process from agent mobile by dialing *269#. Agent will input customer mobile number and photo ID number. System reconfirms the mobile number, photo ID number, requests for PIN and complete customer registration process. After successful registration both agent and customer receives confirmation SMS.

 

Account activation

After opening an account, customer can access the OK Banking Menu from mobile through the following:

Dial *269# from mobile.

1626 is the default PIN and no activity or transaction can be completed without changing the default PIN.

Customer can deposit money into your account immediately after opening your account.

After receiving and verification of KYC form and submitted documents considering the policy, bank officials activate the account. Customers then able to withdraw, transfer money, make payments and use the full range of available OK services.
